Integrated Management System Policy

The Management of VEXIZA, S.L., being aware of the influence that continuous quality improvement has on the company’s image, in increasing its competitiveness and the satisfaction of its clients, has decided to develop and implement an Integrated Management System (IMS) in accordance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015, UNE-EN-ISO 27001:2022 y UNE-EN-ISO 45001:2018 standards, which are based on a policy based on the commitments acquired by VEXIZA, S.L., when establishing its global strategy and the principles of action of the organisation with regard to the quality of its products, being applicable to all the activity of:

“DEVELOPMENT OF SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS, AS WELL AS GIS, ENVIRONMENTAL, FORESTRY CONSULTANCY AND METEOROLOGICAL AND CLIMATIC ANALYSIS. IN ADDITION TO ENGINEERING WORK BASED ON GIS CARTOGRAPHIC PRODUCTION.”

The Management commits to the following points:

  • Commit to maintaining an Integrated Management System, through continuous improvement of our value-generating processes as a fundamental principle of action.
  • Have a policy appropriate to the purpose and context of the organisation and supported by strategic direction, including the nature, extent and environmental impacts of its products, information security and other services.
  • Ensure proper compliance with legal, regulatory and customer requirements as a basis for good service.
  • To provide a framework for setting the objectives of the integrated management system.
  • Commitment to comply with quality and environmental requirements, including pollution prevention, requirements applicable to information security, safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of work-related injury and ill health and appropriate to the purpose, size, context of the organisation and the specific nature of its OSH risks and opportunities, as well as other specific commitments relevant to the context of the organisation.
  • Commitment to comply with legal and other requirements.
    Maintain a high level of innovation in the development and delivery of its services, within the framework of an ongoing system of continuous improvement, so as to increase customer satisfaction.
  • To consider the correct execution of deadlines, punctuality and maintaining trust between our clients and suppliers as key points in the daily management of the company.
  • To maintain an open relationship with both the supplier and the client at all times, informing them promptly and attending to their suggestions for improvement, complaints and claims.
  • Correct any non-conformities that occur, placing emphasis on prevention to avoid their recurrence.
  • To act at all times within the strictest professional ethics.
  • Establish information security policies that allow us to manage risks and meet the requirements that ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the information and data of our clients, suppliers and the company itself.
  • Prevent any form of environmental pollution with absolute respect for the environment. To demand from our suppliers the same level of quality and respect for the environment in their products and services that we demand from ourselves.
  • This policy shall be available as documented information, communicated within the organisation and available to stakeholders at all times.
  • Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injury and work-related health impairment.
  • Commitment to consultation and participation of workers and where workers’ representatives exist.
  • Commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce occupational safety and health risks.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement of the integrated management system.
